furthermore, the stolen boosts are applied before the attack hits. and the opposing pokemon loses the boosts all together. it can wreck slower sweepers that rely on swords dances.

It also has a ridicolous movepool, technician (+ many <60 BP moves), excellent coverage and STABs, and its own Z-move. It might be one of the few Gen 7 Pokemon designed well for battle.
