Also, I don't know which one of them is Sun's and which one is Moon's, but going by the dex order, Celesteela should be in Sun and Kartana in Moon (which is weird because the bamboo one seems to suit Moon better)

Salamence in return appears to be Moon exclusive. Goodra and Flygon lines are also available in Moon, so could be them who are not in Sun, as well.
Braviary line is Sun only, so it appears that Mandibuzz will be Moon only.

If I got Sun, but I wanted midnight Lycanroc, can I transfer over a Rockruff I got from Sun into Moon and evolve it into a midnight Lycanroc, or would it still be its midday form?
