and the rest of evolutions are either random cards from other sets (mainly old promos) or new ex cards in general

The Japanese re release was better. Every pack had a holo in it, no shitty meme reverse holo's, no turning uncommons into regular rares, overall better quality cards, plus they were cheaper. I bought a couple packs of the english ones just because though.
