Passive healing. You do damage and heal from damage like SR. There's no reason now why to run X-scissor over Leech Life unless they made X-scissora base 90 damage move.

Scizor also has Roost for guaranteed +50% HP. It's already strapped for movesloots, wanting Superpower / Knock Off for Steel and Fire switchins, U-Turn, Swords Dance and Bullet Punch, and sometimes also Defog. I guess Swords Dance + 3 Attacks sweeper set could have it, but I'm pretty sure Smogonfags will insist the extra 10BP from Technician Bug Bite for certain 1HKOs after SD is better than dubious HP recovery.
