Primarina desperately needs recovery, maybe boomburst to make its HA worth it and some support moves. Same with Incineroar, it needs pursuit/knock off/sucker punch/close combat in order to be good.
At least it's just moves and maybe tutors may save them but Decidueye had it worse, extremely situational HA + slow with bad bulk + subpar typing. They need to recolate those stats and give it a different HA, movepool's alright but it's a shame it doesn't get STAB priority.
