Due to pokemon Go's popularity, pokemon had become pretty popular topic among from janitor to nurse to medical students to senior doctor in my hospital now. Actually most of the time they talk about catching Charmander and what not while I try to avoid joining and just minding my own business.

It was a weird realization. No one ever gives me odd looks or says shit to me when I'm buying toys or kids games. I've had a cashier ask about m kids before even recently when I bought a bunch of Yokai Watch figures. I just said 'Yeah, this is what they're into now a days' and laughed it off.

I feel sorry for teenagers who are into 'kids' stuff because you're going to get judge from both ends.

Never really experienced this. Plenty of teenagers feel bad about liking Pokemon (and I did too) but once you grow out of that insecurity you all realise nobody really gives a shit.

In college almost no one gave a shit if I was playing Pokemon or not. I even met some friends.

There was only one 9/10 girl that said she hates everything related to Pokemon, but doesn't matter, she at least was kind to me.
