Even then I don't think it'll be used. Scald has so much better utility that it's not worth using Sparkling Aria, even if it did have 100 BP and did 1.5x or 2x damage to a burned target.

Z-moves are shit anyway. Sinister Arrow Raid could be good if it prevents escape, but if it's just straight damage, then just give me a Life Orb or something.

I like all three starters, but I'm also using Tsareena so I wasn't sure if I should just go ahead with my planned three-starter playthrough, but after seeing that low speed, I won't bother. I'm still not sure if I'll use Incineroar as my fire type, I don't like the other Gen7 fire types either. Primarina is a lock

What if it's a Water-type Boomburst? Because I could kinda see Game Freak thinking that a Boomburst that can be SE would be fair if it had a downside that isn't necessarily going to come up. They've had some weirder ideas of how people would play the game.
