- Ultra Beasts are actually beings from another dimension/universe that are both human and pokemon. Lillie being the UB-01

- The Aether foundation want to replicate Arceus and kind of succeed with type Null made from the three starters and rockruff.

- An eclipse pokemon would likely be a Scorpion (Or Dolphin) inspired being and probably an evolution of Marshadow

- At some point an eclipse will happen that causes everything to go nuts, with Team Aether or Team Skull taking control of Arceus, the Ultra Beasts attacking or simply Zygarde turning into his complete form and causing destruction

The theories are complicated, yet are basic aspects that when simplified could happen.
