Dartrix's stats got leaked. His speed is very low for second stage pokemon and his bulk is suprisingly high. Unless he gets like 60+ stat boost in speed during his evolution. He will be fairly slow. Chances are, he will get around 30 max which makes him still fairly slow.

Decidueye probably won't get the same stat distribution. At least with Rowlet and Dartrix, they look like they have high HP. Decidueye doesn't and Decidueye is meant to be different from its previous evolutions. Everyone, including myself thought it would be Grass/Flying, but that did happen.
