The Dexnav was what gave me a real reason to catch all the Hoenn pokemon.
I can understand removing following Pokémon since some of the 3d models for Pokemon would look retarded like that, so you'd have to rescale most of them and it would be really complicated to pull off in these current gens. The dexnav feature doesn't have an excuse and could have been easily been a part of the Rotomdex.

Fun being entirely subjective. That said that didn't really amount to much especially since places like the underground were anti player in their mechanics for example hiding the iron and making them extremely irregular shapes.

Following pokemon also a removed a degree of immersion and was all around lazy too which is why many don't want to see it return.

The rest lie on that neutral border where their inclusion doesn't really matter that said you can just go back and play the games. GF can't take them away from you after all.

Now I know you're retarded but it's not the fact that patches exist by the fact that these developers are using it to release games in a broken or generally unfinished state just because they can fix it later. Not to mention that they're extremely unoptimized which is why patches and games are reaching absurd sizes not indicative of their content.
Realistically patches should only be used for new content and the few minor glitches they may have missed not major bugs that are near impossible to miss.
