The case will probably be that an opposing poke will have to KO pyu, rather than pyu itself. Hate to burst your bubble pal, that's just probably how it is.
After all using explosion with a focus sash doesn't leave you with one hp. Your opponents moves trigger sash's effect, and pyukumuku will most likely be the same.
