Going by their official descriptions I'd say
-Decidueye tries its hardest to act cool and collected, but is startled rather easy.
-Incineroar acts like a tough, uncaring guy, but is secretly a softy with a heart of gold deep down.
-Primarina may seem distant and snobby at first, but is actually optimistic, outgoing and kind.

Incineroar: Jerk with a heart of gold, basically. Strong asshole/Heel stage persona, cool and collected outside the ring, but inside he's a dweeb. Weak spot for kids.
Decidueye: Has a "cool"/silent attitude, which probably is a bit creepy due to it literally being hard to detect. Despite having grown past the awkward stage of being a Dartrix, it is still easy to disturb by catching it unawares. Birds in general don't like surprises. Probably likes to show off, or is proud of its shooting skills.
Primarina: On the surface, very well-liked and supportive. Internalizes its sadness and prioritizes others over its own happiness. Self-worth issues because of being a hard worker, puts its value in how well it can sing and control its bubbles. Just think for a moment, it lives in colonies yet is a soloist Pokemon. It's fucking sad.
