The "gameboy advance" text on top of the cart tells me its possibly a fake cartridge. The genuine cartridges have a more flat "fatter" font. Fake carts always have that thinner more wiry looking font. Pic related is how the font should look on a legit cart.

If its legit the cart should also have a serial number stamped into the sticker somewhere

this is pretty neat
