I enjoy Keldeo-R but regular Keldeo looks too derpy Since Resolute is only active half the time, poor Keldeo is only half good. As for competitive, you are right there; Keldeo is easily my favorite water type in the tier. Scald, Secret Sword and Calm Minds oh my.
