I'm interested in seeing the stat investments in this guy for competitive. Obviously 0 IV/EV in Def and SpDef, so it dies easy, but HP is going to be interesting. I think it has potential.

It's a safety net. You can't set up or sweep because the opponent's Pyukumuku is still healthy, and you'd just lose your sweeper to Innards Out.

All it needs is high HP and decent attacking stats and/or movepool. Speed and defenses will probably be low, but I can see it getting free turns (when used with good timing) as your opponent has to play around it.

It might learn Spikes.

Attacks are always improved when turned into an ability. Compare Magic Bounce to Magic Coat, the auto-terrain abilities to their moves, etc.

Innards Out is an auto-Destiny Bond.

Is it like "spikes" damage or is it like the aftermath ability but it affects everyone?.....or is it like counter where the higher his HP is before death the more damage it deals? Regardless thats going to be annoying as fuck fighting those things in the wild (grinding) or if trainers have them.

It only affects the one that killed it. It's kinda like aftermath, except instead of losing a set 25%, you lose the same hp you took from it when it fainted. if it has 12hp before it faints you only lose 12hp. of course if you ohko it, and it has like 300 hp, you lose 300 hp, potentially killing yourself in the process.
