It's such an easy thing to do, just take a mon and make it winter-themed. I feel like Buneary and Lopunny could make easy Ice types based on snowshoe hares, with the Fur Coat ability, (Ice/Fighting mega,) and Lycanroc could all too easily get an Ice type wolf variant in the future. Just make the rock spikes ice spikes.

I've always wanted an Ice-type mon based on a husky, malamute or wolf. I'd like such a Pokemon to be Ice/Fighting with its abilities being Tough Claws and Fur Coat, and having access to moves like Crunch, Aerial Ace and a good physical Ice move, possibly Icicle Crash. Maybe have it evolve from an Ice/Normal puppy.

They make good glass cannons. Ycanroc/Lycanyce would obviously get Ice Shard, Icicle Spear and Icicle Crash, and if it's fast it might be pretty decent.
