What could be done to make Flareon usable without changing its BST?

This makes me so upset because it reminds me the day my mom made cake and my sister ate mine

Give every Eeveelution an -ate ability (as a secondary ability though because Espeon is only good thanks to Magic Bounce). Now Flareon has a niche of being the only Pokemon with a priority Fire-type move.

A Fire variant of Gale Wings is the only way.

Not even Huge Power would fix Flareon because it's BST is fundamentally a mess.

Give it Huge Power, Sacred Fire, Earthquake, Volt Tackle and Play Rough. Then it will maybe have a somewhat usable Scarf set.
