My guess is they'll bring it in line with Giga Drain and alter the learn set of those who get it early on.

If they want to bring it in line with other non-Absorb HP-draining moves, it would be 40BP (Mega Drain), 50BP (Draining Kiss), or 75BP (Giga Drain, Horn Leech, Drain Punch).

My money's on 40, but 75 would be a nice little buff to some otherwise weak mons

Why would Scyther learn it through breeding if it's a TM? Gamefreak stopped doing that shit for everything except Gothitelle and Dark Pulse.
