Playing with all three starters once gives you a clearer opinion about them. For example, I fucking hated all Kalos starters until I actually played with them and realized that they are actually quite cool designs and fun to use.

If you aren't able to play the game multiple times and seriously can't decide, I would recommend going with the last digit on your trainer card. If it's a 1-3, use Decidueye. 4-6 use Incineroar, 7-9 use Primarina. If it's a 0, go to the next digit.
