They've shown the UB ball already so it's pretty sure they can be caught. You can't have creatures like this and not be able to catch them. The only disappointment can come from the UBs either having low stats or needing some gimmick to be allowed in battle.

UB-Kaguya is Sloth. Sits on its ass and lets the bamboo rockets do all the fighting.
UB-Origami is Pride. Muh clean sun imagery. Muh origami perfection. Muh folded a thousand times blades.
UB-Ya boi is Greed. That tends to be the biggest bro out of seven sin characters. Maybe it wants all of Alola's electricity?

Based on their descriptions I would have to think that Beauty has auto attract that works on everything and Absorption drains some health with every attack. Both of these would help make them tanky enough to befit being the first true boss characters of pokemon.

I would think ability would either let you use attract on anything (which based on its apparently blinding speeds it could get a lot of use out of) or a Cute Charm that works on everything.
Auto Attract would definitely be broken since the other side could end up being love-locked and a Beauty vs Beauty match would bring the battle to a stand still.
