anytime some one throws me a QR code I 'copy image location' of the expanded image and hold alt+ click on the pokemon sprite in pkhex and it auto fills the form
after that I save the pkm and transfer it to my 3ds then inject it with pchex++ and then trade in game

if you just want it for yourself all you need is pchex++ and the file of the pokemon you want
