November 4th is when most retailers get it as well as reviewers.

There are two scenarios here:
No one wants to risk their asses getting caught and we won't get a leak until someone gets it early from a smaller shop breaking street date. Piracy itself is dangerous but if a reviewer or a store clerk leaks it there's a shit ton of trouble

One of the above leaks the game in some time between November 4th and release
