Pretty cool but two things I think it will prevent her from really shine like her brother Koko.
The first is the fact her ability doesn't boost the power of her moves or other fairies.
The second is the fact Koko exists and has a SE STAB move that is 50% powered when his terrain is in effect.

In other words, he'll be what P-Don is to P-Ogre, a pain in the ass.

Even then using safeguard would be better since safeguard protects only you and your allies from status conditions and confusion, whilst Misty terrain protects your allies from them too.

GF probably think that putting the Terrains moves on the Tapus as abilities will be a way to try and get people to think about using terrain moves more, but due to how terrain moves work they'll never be anything more than niche. I can see the Tapus having a role in doubles, but in singles their abilities will be a handicap more than anything desu, especially for Tapu Bulu becvause holy shit, his Grassy Terrain nerfs Earthquake, a move he needs to cover his poison, fire and steel weaknesses. Hopefully he gets Earth power or something otherwise he is fucked.

Nobody above 1200 will ever use this.
The most common Fini set will probably be Surf/Moonblast/Ice Beam/filler, preferrably some Recover variant or Wish but Tapus are very unlikely to get those.
