With type changes they always make some visual distinction so you can tell what type it is. There was no alternate forms in the pokedex image dump.

There's an easy way to find out. Pokémon with different types and stats would have to be coded as alternate forms. Someone ask the dataminers to check how many forms they have, they already confirmed RotomDex isn't usable in battle because it still has the same number of forms as last gen, I'm sure it never occurred to them to check anything else.

First four are apparently one guy across two different threads about nine days apart. Contains blatant wrongs like Rockruff having four forms and starters having split evos, but also seems to be the first leaks to mention VC mons having different typings/stats and time working differently in each version.

Fifth is last leak I know of that's definitely real and not yet redundant; mentions/confirms the VC mon changes from the first and fourth post. Sixth is supposedly same guy as fifth but hasn't been nearly as accurate despite being shorter, but at least predict Oricorio perfectly; mentions a cat that changes types through breeding similar to the second post.

Seventh has been 100% accurate but is now almost entirely redundant. Only included here because Lusamine being Lillie's mother and Cosmog being a Solgaleo/Lunala pre-evo aren't technically officially confirmed yet.

Eighth has been mostly accurate but predicts Alolan forms for Ekans and Dodrio lines which didn't show up in the demo datamine. On the other hand, it was correct about the Diglett and Geodude lines and so far hasn't made any other mistakes, except maybe overstating the number of new Pokemon. Might be the same guy as fifth post.
