This, and Lucario has access to no 70 power perfect accuracy Steel-type move. Its options are Iron Tail by breeding (100 base power but 75% accuracy) and Metal Claw (35 base power). If it was slow and heavy it could use Gyro Ball, but as it stands Close Combat glassing is pretty much the only viable way to sweep, and that's not Steel.
