After a while I started the game I went to the first route and there was Birch who asked me to help him. So i picked mudkip from his bag, but that mudkip was purple. I thought it was a glitch so i restarted the game, I repeated the scenario again, but this time it was blue as usual. Have this even happened to you?
Was that a glitch? So my cartridge is damaged somehow? I'm not keen on this things, playing pokémon just for fun.

I'm not a pokémon expert, i played pokémon go and got entusiast, so my boyfriend, who enjoys the franchise a lot more of me, forced me to play oras and recently gifted one to me. I accepted to play it, but I'm not good. I wanna know if that glitch was normal or it's a cartridge problem. Also I'm new to this board. I starterd lurking a little time ago and i noticed there was a pokémon board.
