Just use a properly built team, anon. I beat the Super Singles Chatelaine the other day with M-Kangaskhan, Weakness Policy Multiscale Dragonite, and a Speed Boost Swords Dance/Baton Pass Scolipede. Supposedly the Maison does start building teams to counter yours eventually, but I didn't have much trouble with that team.
