Platinum is GARBAGE. It is literally just a slight improvement on DP, the worst games in the ENTIRE FRANCHISE. I don't know why it was ever so overrated on /vp/ of all places. Stay golden opee and don't play this game. Distortion world doesn't make up for the SAME BROKEN GEN 4 ENGINE.

I played Platinum and got to the Victory Road. But I went back to grind and found a shiny Electabuzz. After transferring it to newer games I lost interest in finishing. What's great about the post game?

I never did either, I literally got lost in the Disortion World for two days and dropped the game.

I started a new game last week and right after Eterna City got pokérus, found a haban berry on the first Gible I caught, a lucky egg on the first Chansey and caught my first shiny ever yesterday moments before taking on the league. You should really play.

That's ok. The engine is slow as fuck and makes it a pain in the ass to drudge through. If you do manage to slog through, though, Platinum's got a pretty good post game.

Rematches with Gym Leaders, rival and maybe some others I forgot. Postgame story kind of similar to FRLG's Sevii Islands. You get a villa which doesn't really do much I guess, you can decorate it like a secret base and sometimes people like Cynthia visit and give one- or two-liners. And of course the Battle Frontier.
