Nope. The reason people on here overrate Gen 5 so much is because they are contrarians. Gen 5 is the least popular Pokemon gen despite being on the most popular handheld. They're just average Pokemon games with an average story that people say is excellent just because it's slightly deeper than the ordinary Pokemon story. Oh well it's still better than Gen 1.
