I went to spend off the rest of my pokemiles, and I somehow got a whole bunch and I don't know how? Last time I did any global link stuff I was getting some lucky eggs in august. I remember being almost out when I was done. The next day it says I received 7 miles via gamesync, then the day after, 2000, and the day after that, 8000. What the fuck can you do to get thousands in one day?

They just need to be hatched if you are checking for max IV. If you want a specific hidden power typing, then you would need to level it. At that point, you should just ask for it injected

The Pokemon can be any level. If you want to check the IVs yourself using a calculator, you can figure out EXACTLY what each IV is, and that does require your pokemon to be a higher level to be more accurate. But the IV checker will tell you if your pokemon's IVs are perfect, which is all you need to know, so there's no point in that.

Make sure you have a destiny knot and an everstone. Give ditto the everstone so its modest nature passes on to the children. Give your other parent the destiny knot so the child inherits 5 out of 6 IVs from the parents rather than 3. Then just pump out eggs until you get something better than what you have. You only need a 5iv eevee (in the right stats) for it to be battle ready, and yours currently has 4, so one step up will get you where you need to be. If you were starting with, say, a 2iv umbreon parent, you would replace it with the first 3iv you get, then 4iv, until your parents are the best they can be.

I don't think Umbreon has any mixed attacking applications, so if your current 4iv parent has both attack and special attack, it's essentially a 3iv parent, because one of those attack stats is useless to you.

It doesn't matter who holds the destiny knot. As long as one of the two parents is holding the destiny knot, the child will pull IVs from BOTH parents. It never matters who holds it. Even if it did, you want to get the right nature before you breed for good IVs. Nature, egg moves, and ability are all things you should have ready before going for IVs, because they're easier to pass on. Breeding a 5iv eevee and then trying to get the nature on later would be more of a hassle than the other way around.

I do believe that Umbreon benefits a lot from egg moves, so if you haven't already you should check to see if there are any you want before going forward.

Yeah, it's a great show. I'm a bit saddened that it didn't get the Sailor Moon and Cardcaptor Sakura treatment and end up with a 20th anniversary revival. But maybe they'll do something for the 25th anniversary, r-right? But I'm not keeping my hopes up. I didn't see any merch of it, even when I was in Japan. No, it just means it was obtained in XY or ORAS. It was effectively a proof of legitimacy when XY first came out because they couldn't be hacked back then, but obviously that's no longer the case so it doesn't mean anything. It's possible it's a clone of a legit Arceus, but it's unlikely anyone capable of cloning would bother resetting for a perfect one when they could just hack it. And certainly no one would trade theirs away if they only had one, so it's a clone at best and a hack at worst.
