I'm pretty sure any instance where the two face off, Deoxys gets his ass handed to him. Standard Fug already beats Deoxys so Mega Fug likely curbstomps him.

If you ask me, it's plenty cool already and stands out on it's own without needing a stupidly powerful Mega. Fug is just a big deal since he's like a step or two below Arceus.
