My ORAS team was much less organized. I figured I've beaten Ruby before, I can use Groudon for fun. He's the cuteness competition champion. Also that Marowak was a shiny Cubone I caught all the way back in gen 4. His stats are bad so I decided to use him in-game instead.

Theorically XY had the best mon distribution, but there were so many giveaways all of our teams look too similar. What a shame.

At least my current (second playthrough) team looks better, including Greninja, Toxicroak, Gardevoir, Mamoswine, Sliggoo and Hawlucha.

I think XY honestly had too many Pokémon. You could go from adjacent route to another and almost all the Pokémon would be completely different, it didn't have consistency.

450 was just way, way too much to cram into one game. 300 is like the maximum, and SM sticking to that amount gives me at least a little hope for the game.

Barbaracle and Klefki were added as I was determined to use a couple of non-revealed mons.
Barbaracle was pretty good, and Klefki went from zero to hero when the E4 rolled around, and could just set up calm minds.
