Well, I'm going to soft-reset until I get a female Litten, then transfer in an egg with a male Fennekin, and then make them a couple after they've evolved.

She bullies him because she's attracted him but doesn't actually know how to express her affection, and will beat the shit out of anyone who legitimately threatens him.

He's generally afraid of intimacy because he's worried that he'll end up just using his psychic powers to control people, so her immunity to the type makes him feel safe.

I don't really have any headcanons yet, I usually make them to coincide with where I catch them or important places in the games.
The only ones I know for sure so far are: 1) Wimpod and Minior being best friends, causing Minior to be a salty fuck when Wimpod evolves into a badass and Minior can't evolve. 2) Decidueye constantly using Spirit Shackle on the others in their sleep. 3) Kommo-o and Crabrawler2 having a friendly rivalry, complete with boxing matches. 4) Spider2 and Wishiwashi go on explorations in the ocean for treasure all the time.

Robin Root is the second in command and tries his best to emulate D-dog, his lifelong tutor, and in a sense, father figure, to the point where it's hard for him to show emotions and will beat himself up for enjoying fun things
Cleo is there more for support than anything, but she'll fuck you up badly if needed to, but only if she actually needs to. She is very carefree and indifferent to anything she's not interested in. She has a massive crush on Robin and openly flirts with him constantly, and sometimes even does it just to fuck with him because it's so easy to do so and the laughs ensues
Clawber is the big friendly, but loves fighting dude who took Goliath and Mimi under his claw and is like their big brother. He takes nothing serious, even in battle and will laugh off most insults. He loves to mess with everyone except Cleo because last he tried it, he was horribly Ill and had to go to the hospital...
Goliath is the scaredycat of the group, and would've usually run away if faced with confrontation, and even know flinches to the concept with how hulking he became, but whenever Mimi and Clawber are present, He tries his hardest to be tough and not show fear. He views Clawber as a big bro, Mimi as a lil sis, Robin and D-dog as Uncles and Cleo as an Auntie.
Mimi is extremely shy, but extremely starry-eyed and hopeful. She looks up to everyone in the group and admires them so much where she draws them constantly doing cool poses and fighting (obviously it's not that good, but it's something...) She refers to everyone like Goliath does, minus calling D-dog uncle, She openly calls him Dad, which confuses everyone who hears so and makes D-dog feel extremely awkward, and admires Goliath because of how cool he became.

D-dog is the leader of this rag tag group of misfits and is constantly serious, trying to whip them into shape to a good fighting team. D-dog is constantly the target pranks by Clawber, Mimi, Cleo and an unwilling Goliath and will immediately give them one savage tongue lashing. He never openly admits how proud he actually is of his team and all they've done, but he's extremely proud. He also never shows his exact emotions, just gives vague indicators to keep everyone out. He even enjoys whenever Mimi calls him Dad, but hates when she does it in front of people because of "I refuse to show my true colors"

This is basically what I expect my Chesnaught and Incineroar to do the first time they meet.

I always try to headcanon what my pokemon are like. Chesnaught and Charizard were total bros with each other. Pancham was a bully to my Helioptile, but after he evolved, he became his big brother. My Helioptile evolved and went form being the runt of the litter to one of the best. Mawilewas a sassy li'l thing, Clawitzer was a fucking gun.

The only two personalities I can see right now for them are Incineraor and Vikavolt. Incineroar's basically Rath, but can actually be calm, and Vikavolt's just pretty serious. Everyone else I'm gonna have to get back to you on when the game comes out. Gotta figure that out.

incenroar, during his days as a litten he was a emotionally detached jerk to everyone even while being a torrcat, however during the journey he slowly starts caring for the team and view it as a family, once he becomes inceneroar starts to take a more of leader/father figure, but sometimes his big ego gets the best of him

lycanroc (sun), takes the role as the leader for a while, it's basicly the straight man of the team, has a little rivalry with inceneroar since the begining but as time has gone by it has become more a friendly rivalry

tsareena, while looks like the kind of pokemon that wants to boss around others, is actually more carefree and energetic sometimes a little tomboy-ish even, she has great sense of justice and seems to replicate poses and kick moves from a popular action show with a masked hero

minior, this little guy got lost from it's family while they where falling from the stratosphere,
while a little shy and always wearing it's shell it tries fit in with the team

mimikyu, he is a nerveous wreck all around, always tries to impress the members of the team but fails miserably most of the time, however it seems minior and mimikyu get along pretty well for some reason

salandit2, the only reason this smug fucker decided to join is to make a living hell for everyone pulling "pranks" and such, it has calmed down with this "pranks" since it has evolved and only using them during battle

Pangoro became Helioptile's big brother when pretty much every time my electric lizard went down, he came out and fucked their shit up. Heloptile went form the runt of the litter to the best of the best by being shit at the start and amazing at the end.

I don't quite have all my team imagined yet, but I am definitely planning on naming my Wishiwashi "Tsuna", because it definitely fits the description of "loser wimp who fails at life, but then he has his moments where HOLY SHIT HE'S SO STRONG AND MIGHTY IF ONLY FOR A FEW MINUTES". Also, "tsuna" is a Japanese translation of "tuna (fish)", so it's a double pun as well.

I know, super-weeby reference, and desu I haven't watched KHR in a long while, but for some reason the name "Tsuna" came to mind and stuck to me ever since Wishiwashi was revealed.

Started the trend the first time I played White 2. It seems to add a little bit of a challenge against the harder fights, especially when you don't overlevel. Also since I'm autistic it feels like I have a closer bond with 4 rather than 6 (and I'm sure another reason why was HM slaves in the older games)
