No, Raichu. Never before or since have I seen such a delusional group of self-deprecating, inferiority complex ridden folk always trying to make everything about them in the worst ways possible. It doesn't apply to all of them, but applies to a sizable amount of Raichu's fanbase, particularly on /vp/.

Pikachu's fanbase, on the other hand, has very little presence, if any at all. It is seen, not heard.
