Do you guys think it will be also possible to LOWER the IVs with Hyper Training?
For Trick Room teams for example.
Also, will Hyper Training affect the characteristics? If i want to have aLucariothat is [/proud of its power.

From the looks of things, silver bottlecap raises a single stat to 31, and gold bottlecap raises all stats to 31.
Nothing's been shown to give the option to lower IVs, or even to raise them to anything other than 31.
