Likely either Tapu Koko or Tapu Fini. Koko could be for the reasons mentioned by >>29527369. Fini uses Misty Terrain, which is the terrain move for the Island Guardians' shared type. Due to its Water-type, it could likely easily check up on the other guardians. It will most likely be the last Island Guardian to be encountered. It perhaps partially likes to keep itself hidden away due to its leadership. Poni Island is the location of the temple where Solgaleo and Lunala will likely undergo evolution at. Tapu Fini will also likely be facing off against the gluttonous Ultra Beast, which looks like it will be the most dangerous one aside from perhaps Edgelord.
