So how far does everybody else plan on going in the escalation? As much as I'd like the 2 extra speedups for my M-Beedrill Lv.300 seems like a huge pain so I might just settle for Lv.200 and focus my efforts on getting a safe score in the M-Banette comp instead. Also who do I have to kill to get some Amelia lewds

Is there a trick to using M-Tyranitar?

I'm at 228 and have wasted about 50k coins already, 10k due a failed attempt that i thought i didn't need DD and got fucked for it and 1 atk that i accidentaly activated on a normal stage, and if i were to keep going i would probably have to waste at least another 30k, i don't know if i should keep going...

You're confusing the Giratina Escalation Battles (EBs) with main stages, there's no way you're at a 230 difficulty Escalation battle and not have wasted at least over 20k

And grind Hoopa to lv2. Also cookie for yvetal. the 10% increase is incredible for the mere 5psb.
Otherwise your team is strong enough to deal with everything.

I've seen a strategy for Giratina 250 that involved using M-Alakazam, C-1, and leaving the 4th slop empty. Can anyone confirm that this strategy works. I'm close to 250 and want to know before I waste 15k coins on it.

But i have heard the same strat but with Mega tyranitar... which i think could be just as good if not better for the fact that it will save your ass eating disruptions if you take too long, also i have terrible luck with Mfug, i always got shitty combos that get me nowhere.

I used M-fug (16/20, 10), Hoopa-U (10, lv4), Yvetal (11, lv2) and Bisharp (7).
I kinda felt like that Bisharp could be useful with the disruptions. I was wrong and I almost lost. Only a friendly 20+ combo saved my ass. Its way better to concentrate on dealing big damage with Hoopa-U instead of fucking with Bisharps effect that wont even make that much of a difference

Any guess on which Pokémon will be getting RMLs and/or SSs? I'd say Xerneas is definitely getting RMLs because of Yveltal, but cannot think of anything else, maybe they'll give them to alt forms that do not have access to them but whose regular forms do like Costumed Sableye or the thousand Pikachu we have
Also here's hoping the Legendary Birds get SSs with Freeze, Paralyze and Burn; Charizard would still be better and Paralyze kind of sucks but Freeze Articuno would be awesome

i got 109k with a 0 candy m-ttar that i had only used in 2 giratina escalation stages before. just prioritize erasing disruptions and if there are no disruptions then focus on erasing all icons of one of your support pokemon (except for zoroark) to make massive combos when banette disrupts. don't forget to get zoroark to at least skill level 2, it increases sinister power activation rate by 20%. sorry if this doesnt make sense im too sleepy atm

I'm at 250 too. I don't have enough coins to do an all items run on it and get a decent rank on the comp, so I'm stopping here for a while and grinding coins. My friend beat it with M-Fug, Hoopa-U, Yveltal and I'm not sure what his other mon was, probably Zoroark. All items made it an easy win, apparently. I'm not sure what I could cheap out on, or if it's even worth dropping an item or two at this point if rng can result in situations like what just happened to you.

Well, M-Ttar max, Zoroark max (skill level 4), Hoopa-U max (skill level 4) and Yveltal 15 max (skill level 2) got me 77k, which puts me at about rank 1000 in NA, 500 shy of dropping from tier 2. Here's hoping that's enough to stay safe.
