That said, they're perfect nurses. So of course there's probably some training facility for them that specially taught to work with and for Pokemon Centers, like a medical school for animals. Also since they're female, it just takes another Pokemon in the egg group to produce them. Like domesticated Pokemon

My Joy OC, who went against her family's tradition and became an idol singer, has a Girafarig. Thought it'd be kinda cute and unexpected. I think realistically not every Joy keeps a Chansey/Blissey OR becomes a nurse.

I think when you want to start gettng "realistic" the bigger issue is that they're a worldwide collection of relatives that all look identical
An easier explanation would be they're just all paid to look like that and say they're all related, or they're all just fucking clones
Trying to make sense of that is just a mistake
