Will Mewtwo be the best Z-move user in Ubers? It's the fastest Pokemon in the tier besides Deoxys, but doesn't get knocked out with literally any unboosted priority move.

A Z-move might allow it to just delete Primal Groudon, Arceus or Xerneas which are some of the biggest threats to both Mewtwo specifically and in general.

Memes aside, I knew that Z moves would be bad from the start. The most viable one, Extreme Evoboost, is exclusive to Eevee. If it was given to a fully evolved Pokemon, it could have been Geomancy 2.0

I don't know. Used effectively, Z-Moves could be a OHKO. If a particular Pokémon is prevalent enough, I would bet some people would carry Z-Moves to get rid of them before they can do any harm.

I'll try to ignore how hard it looks like you're baiting and try to answer your question.

Z-moves are probably gonna be really close to what types gems were in gen V.
Something you ONLY run to lure a specific mon, looking for a OHKO on one specific pokémon.
It might also have some use on unburden/acrobatics mons but, outside of that, it's gonna be really hard to justify getting rid of something as good as a life orb or a choice item, ask mega-TTar.

Z-moves are powered up Elemental gems. Z-moves have a base power of 80 and what ever move you base it on it adds towards it. To put it in perspective. A gen 5 elemental gem Draco meteor does the same damage as a Dragon Z-move base off draco meteor. It doesn't take the 2 special attack drop. A gen 5 elemental gem fire blast does less damage than a Fire Z-move based off fire blast. Elemental gem fire blast does 180 compare to 200 fire Z-move. No side effects is the only cost which depending on the move is beneficial of itself. The balancing is you can use only one Z-move per game.

Draco Meteor based of elemental gem when use of stab is 315 bp with a 2 Sp.atk drop.

A dragon Z-move does 315 bp and you still have access towards draco meteor while not having the minus 2 Sp.atk drop.

No it's going to change the meta, you're going to have a one time use super elemental gem along with mega evolutions if Smogon, and your're going to have gen 5 VGC Alola edition for 2017.
