Depends on whether there's an in-game event like there was with Victini. I could definitely see the player finding a broken Magearna, fixing it, and thereby gaining its loyalty.

Dual STABs + HP Fire is already okay, so it only needs non-shitty base speed and a good extra coverage move or Rock Polish to be sent straight to Ubers.
