To make this weapon you need 7 Good Warriors and 13 Bad Warriors.

To hedge his bets, he's spent the past games making 13 different versions of himself to fill the BAD quota to make the weapon and will use MAGIC to summon them all to claim it since the 13 bad warriors would all be far more likely to backstab each other at a critical point and prevent the weapon from being made. Plus, it means he's got 13 chances of getting it when the showdown goes on.

Why do people think we're getting a remake this gen?

Megas for the starters, some of the cross gen evolution lines, and a few other select Sinnoh native lines.

Palkia and Dialga will get orbs similar to the ones the mascots saw in ORAS that give them a primal reversion. Crescelia, Darkrai, and Shaymin will have some story involvement. Azure flute Arceus is obtainable albeit through a casualised means.

If anything that she has the exact same design makes it pretty likely it won't happen this gen like all the Gen III characters in BW2, as much as planet related names would go great with DPPt.

Turns out Sora is a horrible abomination that has like 7 different people's hearts in him, which makes him WAY more susceptible to darkness. Riku saved his ass from the darkness, and now is the new Keyblade Master. The antagonist from the first game is actually a body snatching time traveler who is collecting 13 versions of himself throughout the time line to fight Sora, because the universe is naturally 7 parts light and 13 parts darkness so starting a fight between extremely powerful people in those numbers will summon the ultimate weapon that lets you control everything in the universe.

Honestly, as bullshit and hard to follow as that sounds, the "NO ONE UNDERSTANDS KINGDOM HEARTS" thing is just a meme. If you only play KH1+2+3, you will be able to follow it just fine. You just won't have the backstory of every single characters motivation, or the history of all the hearts currently residing in Sora.
