This one's my favourite designwise but the typing automatically makes it shit. GF tried to make a recovery focused mon with Trevenant and the grass typing just killed it. Grass is just trash in general sadly.

There has never been a meta where grass goes up. Birds being less relevant doesn't make grass good, it just makes them less bad.

When you're weak to fire, ice, bug flying and poison and your main appeal, resisting water, can freely burn you at 30 percent proc rate your viable is pretty fucking limited.
