She wasn't good pokemon trainer. She ran out of cash pretty quickly and had to become prostitute to afford food. She quickly got depression, started taking srugs and got addicted. She died in some dark corner of underground tunnel in Johto's Goldenrod City, around 20 minutes after serving last client and spending all her cash on shitty vietnameese drugs. She overdosed.

You don't see officer Jenny in the games because she simply got fired. Increasing crime and Team Rocket activity required increasing standards and economic crisis made it hard to pay everyone and secure jobs for both new and old policemen and women. Most women were overpowered on the streets by Team Rocket goons, or they panicked in stressful situations more often then men, so most of female officers were replaced with male ones.

Officer Jenny was idealistic though. She still wanted to serve good cause. Crisis on the job market made near impossible to find a job, and during her years long serivce in the police force she forgot how love and many others feelings are, so she didn't even once thought about finding a man. She ended up in animal shelter, caring for dogs. She often starved just so dogs could eat. Hard and stressful life made her old really fast, in her late 40s she was total wreck and had to use cane. When she started to collapse and needed walker, other shelter workers advised her to settle down in tiny flat. Once a month young girl from the shelter was checking her place and bringing some bigger shopping. Jenny died in her yearly 50s, around 1 week after one of girl's visists. Cats and dogs she had in her tiny flat starved so she fed on her corpse, thus surviving till next shelter girl visit.

Leaf is OC garbage, just like every other Female MC but even more in this case because she wasn't even part of the original game.
