Sheer Force, Though Claws and Moxie seem the most plausible. Especially Moxie, since villains tend to be overconfident when they beat their opponents. I wonder how his moveset will look like?

That seems the most likely to me. It seems that gen VI set a precedent for every starter having a "unique" hidden ability and a "signature" move that only one other Pokemon has/learns.

An easy guess for Decidueye is to give him sniper, assuming physical or mixed attacking stats with leaf blade/shadow claw will be fun. It might get a brand new ability though.

Primarina might ge either dancer or competitive, hopefully the later as dancer is very situatonal.

Mold Breaker is perfect for Incineroar, it fits his heavy build and his backhanded tactics, disabling the opponent's ability. I don't know why a lot of people don't even think of it as a possibility.
