I don't want remakes. They should make a new game with a new Kanto, more towns and Pokémon from other regions. It's like Kanto 20 years after GSC.

This means nothing. If they wanted the Kanto Pokémon to be available in RSE they would've put them in the game, simple as that. The remakes were planned from the start.
They didn't make FrLg because they needed to make every Pokemon available, they made Kanto Pokémon unavailable in Ruby and Sapphire BECAUSE they wanted to make Leaf Green and Fire Red, not these other way around.
