Looking at Pokemon.com you can see the 3 new Totems stand at the side of the Starters.
While the one revelead some time ago, the yellow , Tapu-Koko, it's alone at the bottom of the page.
My guess it's that they are tied to the Starter you get, like was for the Birds Trio in XY.

Doubt it, would kind of fuck with the story. Probably just ordering them that way because it's easier on the eyes to have same and similar colors right by each other.
