Guys, it's at the end of the dex a spot only reserved for pseudo's, trios, legendaries, and mythics. Either it's the true pseudo and they scrubbed out it's final form for some reason, it evolves into the main legendaries, or it's a baby form of them like Phione.

Regardless it's definitely not normal.
