It's not an alternate Pokemon technically, not permanent therefore won't have a Dex entry and no pokedex sprite

I see where you're coming from, but the official site actually draws attention to the SM legendary's Phases as something specific and special by even bothering to showcase them. No such thing was ever done for Zekrom, the light up bits just showed up in its idle animation and some attacks, they never chose to draw attention to it.

Also 1 more thing. In new anime trailer they show the skeleton of an aerodactyl (which is in the alolan dex) and that blue pretty long next fossil mon from Kalos (not in alola dex). Another suspicion...
