I can see the Electric form maybe breaking into RU, just cause it's a great type. With solid speed and special attack it could be pretty okay.

Popplio seems to have pretty good bulk in all those stats+good SpA, and is likely a Water/Fairy type with a signature move that is a double screen setter.

It would surprise me to see this thing be anything but OU.

Litten may end up in UU since it seems to be a speedy mixed attacker(focus on atk) who's likely to have STAB Knock Off. RU at worst, I'd guess.

The only thing we know about the the Owl is that it seems to have the highest HP of any starter- the minimum it was calculated to have was base 65, which is the same as Tepig(who has the highest Base HP among the starters by a good margin).

I feel like Bruxish is going to be like Alomomola. RU/NU by usage but still plenty viable in UU or OU (provided Gamefreak actually makes it bulky and not give it some retarded spread).
