Which pokemon do you put the Eviolite on?
I fell in love with my Eviolite Scyther and Scizor is such a shitmon compared to Scyther stats wise.
>>29412265
Pokemon with trade evolutions
While I'm waiting for the post cool down is this some kind of shitty bait?
>>29412265
Tangela
Slowbro
>>29412265
Don't scyther and scizor have the same bst?
Eviolite dusclops in ORAS was a total bro.
Instrumental in taking down steven's mega metagtoss.
>>29412390
Pretty sure that's the joke.
>>29412390
yup
But they're still very different, eviolite or not.
Ivysaur, it's so much better aesthetically than Venusaur.
>>29412265
Chansey, objectively.
>bug/flying
yeah, scyther's going to need it
Chansey, Porygon2
My shiny psyduck
>>29412265
Tangela is decent with itin PU
>Scizor
>>29412265
Porygon2 benefits possibly the most. If knock off wasn't so fucking OP, we'd be seeing Porygon2 everywhere.
I heard golbat is pretty good with it
>>29412265
Fucking Bayleef you dumb fucking faggots
Haunter doesnt really benefit from it because he's not a great tank anyway, but it makes him much easier to use outside of competetive and I've always preferred him to Gengar. I lived in the middle of nowhere as a kid, so I could never trade to evolve, so Haunter became my bro
>>29412265
FRIENDLY REMINDER THAT ONLY CHANSEY AND PORYGON2 ARE VIABLE EVIOLITE USERS, EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST BETTER IN ITS EVOLVED FORM.
Meowth.
Persian is so ficking ugly, both Kanto and Alola versions.
Yeah, I don't give two shits about stats either.
Torracat.
I use Vigoroth and Murkrow
Gonna try to make a Meowth set in SM, fuck Persifield
>>29412265
Vigoroth
Did this retard just call Scizor a shit mon? LOL
>>29415491
>slugma used ember!
Rhydon becomes very bulky especially if you max his special defense evs. Even without investment in attack rock slide and earthquake hit pretty damn hard especially if used properly to attack super effectively. With such defensive investment rhydon can abuse metal burst much better than rhyperior do to its improved special bulk to match its physical bulk. The last slot comes down to preference, but I recommend running an elemental punch depending on the coverage you seek.
>>29412265
I run Eviolite scyther, but it's inferior to scizor. SD, quick attack, wing attack, roost. Its bulk is great against anything not rock but everything this technician does is accomplished better by scissor except hitting non adjacent Pokemon (I.e. it's home is triple battles)
fletchinder, so usefull
>>29415320
>Still using Dusknoir
I've had a lot of fun with eviolite Pumkaboo. Literally anything to prevent it turning into Gourgeist.
>>29415792
>geodude uses rock blast!
>stealth rocks
Lol
Scizor is objectively better than scyther, with good piriority and a good ability, as well as bulk.
That's why you don't see scyther used in competitive
>>29415320
>Dusclops
Luvdisc
>>29415908
Dusknoir objectively is the better choice, considering Knock Off's buff, Dusclops having no offensive presence whatsoever and being pure set-up-baut for any special sweeper and everything carrying substitute
>>29415954
I used it on my Doublade in X while waiting for a Dusk Stone.
I remember making a VGC team with Eviolite Piloswine instead of Mamoswine, but can't remember how well that worked out.
>>29416000
It's a pretty good stealth rock setter, earthquake is great stab, so is avalanche, and curse, endeavor, icy wind shenanigans all make for a pretty good pokemon.
We need an offensive version of eviolite.
>>29416235
No, we don't.
>>29416244
Yes we do. That way we can use NFE who aren't designed to be tanks.
Eviolite isn't really good enough to make the vast majority of unevolved pokemon worth using honestly

>>29416304
Anon is right, Eviolite has a counter so it much be shit.
Every pokemon but Eelektross is shit.
But mold breaker exists so Eelektorss is shit too
>>29417055

>being so bad at the game you need to use items designed to make it easier
LOL
>>29417155
When only two Pokemon can use it so that the upsides outweigh the possibility of becoming deadweight when losing it, its pretty much shit.
Think of it like Bullet Seed. Breloom and Cinccino can use it well, for every other mon its a shit move that has better alternatives.
>>29412447
There is my bro.
H5
Even with eviolite it's shit, at least it helps in single player.
was fine for an ingame run
Murkrow is surprisingly good with eviolite. It gets Perish Song and Mean Look. And it's pretty much the only mon that can use Feather Dance to its Advantage.
It's probably not competitively viable or anything, but I gave it to Scraggy because I fell in love with his design the moment I saw it, and I was set on having on on my team back with Black/White.
>>29413746
Same
>>29415984
This
>>29417211
That's in order to make NFE shitmons viable, you dunce. Also

>>29415320
Doublade is pretty good with eviolite.
>>29417055
Eviolite Scyther has 70/110/145/55/145/105. Unless you fight against a rock type pokemon, you are guaranteed to set up a swords dance, roost and sweep
>>29415320
Dusclops
Doublade
IIRC some guy got really far with a Follow Me Magmar in VGC once
>>29412265
Pretty much every Pokémon that has gotten a gross-gen evolution.

Chansey Munchlax Doublade Porygon2

Togetic and Clefairy are pretty fun with it.

Dafuk is wrong with you?
Porygon2 is the obvious answer, but one 'mon I really enjoy using Eviolite on is Golbat.
>>29418152
Scizor has shit speed compared to Scyther.
>>29418152
Scizor is slower than Scyther and has 130BST less than Scyther with Eviolite
>>29415320
>Magnetron
>Togetic
I used an eviolite Sligoo ingame in XY, preferred goo snail dragon to Goodra
>>29413703
Eviolite Fraxure is actually the fucking scariest thing in PU.
Also exeggcute
Piloswine is actually super underrated with Eviolite.
>>29417613
>>29417669
>>29417883
>>29418405
But they aren't better than their evolved forms. One could even argue that Porygon2 is better since it just fills an entirely different niche.
>>29416235
That's just too easily abused.
>>29412265
Too bad about that typing.
>>29415913
you're too new to get it, dave
I've only Eviolited one Pokémon in my entire life, and that was Braixen. She was surprisingly competent and ended up being one of my best Pokémon throughout the entire playthrough, despite not being fully evolved.
I just couldn't stand Delphox.
But in Gen 7, I am afraid I am going to have to use Eviolite again, on Salandit. I can't lose my shoulderbro to that abomination of an evolution. Hopefully Salandit will be as competent as Braixen, and I can enjoyably use it for the entire playthough.

>Another evolite Dusclops
Hell yeah. Mine comes into use tanking all the damn primals on battle spot. Got several disconnects when I get a cheeky rest in when he has like 4 hp.
Also future sight kicks ass, no matter what anyone tells you. They other guy ALWAYS forgets about it. Critically injured some guys Fug with a hit.
>>29415822
I was legit surprised when I saw Rhydon 's base stats. I played fire red, by never used one. Only recently I considered using rhyperior since my golem was fun, but holy shit that hp with those physical stats. Rhydon is strong.
>>29412447
I like you
>>29419031
I doubt that Dusclops can tank anything from a Primal, an EV trained one. How can they lose when they have the near strongest respective attacking stats with Dusclops being a sitting duck who can't retaliate?
>>29412447
Yes, yes.
Best middle evo.
>>29418772
>she
>>29419430
You activated my trap card
>>29419098
For me, the primal must not be optimized, but usually they pity him, and ignore him. After 2 calm minds, a burn + hex or a future sight sure does wreak havoc. Then again, I play doubles, and the other mon I have os typically more offensive, which ends up keeping the heat off till he sets up.
